Still not very clear but I am thinking the BON in your state may want to know what clinical experience you have? You also mention you are a new grad? Can you elaborate on what specifically makes them want 960 hours of work?

Are you in the USA? And do you mean clinical hours (which are unpaid and a part of the nursing program) or actual paid employment?
