I just read a really old article on how to deal with insufficient staffing. This is a problem that has been going on for my shift for a bit of time now. What I want to know is this: How do I document it as the article suggests. At our facility we have forms called resident concern forms. Would this be an appropriate way to get it documented and is this something I can keep a copy of and take off the premises since it would not include resident names or info?
