I am banging my head against the wall here! I am honestly considering changing majors for the mere fact that I do not think it is possible that I am going to make it through the 2 (yes 2!!) algebra classes that I have to have to become an RN at this college. I was in the first class this semester, and ended up dropping and going to pre-algebra within the first 3 weeks of classes. Now here I am in pre-algebra pulling an A because I already know how to do the stuff they are teaching (which is why I placed into the first algebra class) I don't know what I am going to do!?!?! I have my schedule made up for spring, but I cannot make myself take more than the bio and algebra class because I am scared of failing. Honestly, I wish I could just take a year to take the math classes alone...that is how freaked out I am over the material. Anyways, I guess the reason I am complaining is because at the college I used to attend in Illinois, you didn't have to have algebra, only math for meds. Still trying to talk my hubby into letting me go home for the actual nursing program so I can skip the dang classes all-to-gether. lol
