No offense intended, but you're looking at things a bit backward. There isn't a base pay amount with deductions for less hectic areas. There is usually a base amount--related to level of experience--with differentials added for things like weekends, shift (PMs and nocs), and critical care specialties. Someone with ten years' experience who is willing to work a weekend program night shift in the ICU could make a substantial amount over a newbie working weekdays in a clinic setting.
Keep in mind that the differentials are usually compensation for less popular or more demanding choices.
