Hello everyone,
im in a PN program and am 29. When I was 14 I falsely forged my mothers signature to get out of gym class well the school called police and I went to a juvenile detention center for 2 weeks. I have my CNA and never had to disclose this information before as it was never asked. I've had state and county positions and I'm assuming it isn't on my record as the day I left the juvenile center I never had to report back to court or anything else. Is this something I should include on my application? This is Humiliating. Thank you !

Seriously? You went to JD for lying to get out of gym class? You didn't forge her signature for anything else? Was this a scared-straight kind of experience?
I don't know if you should disclose or not. If it didnt come up when you were a state/ county employee, I would think it's not available for others to see. Maybe you should consult with one of the nurse-lawyers that specialize in board interactions
Lol yes just to get out of a gym class :) I'm not sure if it was a scared straight type of thing but it worked! Took gym everyday after í ½í¸‚
