You can't drink water in the computer lab. I had a nasty cold. Coughing like crazy (everybody were probably cursing at me in their mind:) I had a water bottle but I couldnt drink it until the b/r break. You can take a break in between the sessions (once you started session you can't leave.)
During my TEAS test, they provided the pencil and scrap paper. Additionally, they provided new ear plugs, if you chose to use them. There always seems to be that one person who has the sniffles or a persistent cough. We had to put all our personal belongings (coats, bags, etc.) into a locker.
Honestly, during my test, everyone was super quiet because the test is monitored (except the persistent cougher). Did they not send you a list of things to bring to the test? Or at least inform you of what would be provided? They sent me an email after I registered for the test. Anyways, you could probably call and ask if you need to bring anything. I'm not sure if all TEAS are proctored the same way. Good luck on your test!
No water? that stinks. Bring a piece of stride or orbit.Bring ear plugs. As a rule there is always someone with a 2 hour cough there.
Don't bring gum! I got in trouble for chewing gum during my TEAS because I didn't pay attention to the "please do not eat, drink, smoke, or chew gum during the test" announcement.
O.O I actually ended up having the nicest experience. The proctor was very nice, pencils/ scrap paper provided, water bottles were allowed, and everyone was nice and supportive going into it. :) The proctor told us, " Relax. Y'all've got this! There are many more tests in your future; this is not the one to freak out on. You'll do fine."

Hello all!
I'm preparing to take my TEAS on Monday, and a thought crossed my mind that my school website can't answer. Do I need to bring my own scrap paper, pencils, pencil sharpener? Were any of you allowed your jacket or bottle of water?
I haven't found information here about the pencil/paper relating to the TEAS V. Would any of you be kind enough to share your thoughts/ experiences...?
