do you have to deal with poo,pee and vomit in the ER if you're a RN? a PA? a NP? if yet, on a daily basis? just wondering. if this question sounds weird, dont mind me
This website has a forum for sarcasm - it's called "the break room" - and I think the reason why many of us are getting so PO'd is because of the tone of all your posts. We've told you time and time again over the past few days what nursing is really about, and you obviously don't want to deal with it. There are many other ways to help people (teaching, for example) that you can consider, yet you keep bugging us to try and find you a way around touching body fluids as a nurse. It's not going to happen! If you really have this problem with this stuff, believe me, you won't get through your first semester of nuring school clinicals.
WELL SAID GOMPERS ....
I think we've reached the end of useful discussion on this topic; I will close the thread before it deteriorates any further than it already has.
I realize the OP made herself a tantalizing target, but she deserves the same flame-free environment as anyone else. And, to the OP: if you find yourself on the defensive again, instead of counter-flamming, report the post to the moderators. Concentrate on your schooling.
