Greetings
I am a Doctoral Student (DNP - concentration Informatics Leadership) at American Sentinel University.
I am in dire need of a site to conduct my DNP Project.
I need a multi-office home health or hospice organization that has at least two offices. Each office must have at least 50 clinicians (any combination of SN, HHA, PT, OT, MSW, etc) who use the electronic documentation system. The HH or hospice organization can be located anywhere in the US as the project can be accomplished virtually. I need to conduct my quality improvement project during late November or December of this year - 2019.
I can provide additional details and answer any question anyone may have as I have passed my deadline with ASU and am currently in a holding pattern and unable to proceed with the program. Please feel free to pass my request on to anyone you think would be able to provide me with a project site or facilitate same.
Thank you

Good to see you posting Angela!
I will reach out to my prior HH employer as they fit your criteria and I previous worked with QI Director; they have over 400 clinicians with 3000+ referrals/month. Currently using Homecare Homebase. Will PM you with outcome.

Wow... this is kinda interesting. Sounds like you want a very specific location... for us its' the opposite. You do a needs based assessment wherever you can get in to determine the project. Most of the students are having a nightmare of a time getting in and we are BRICK and MORTAR. If I wasn't in by now I would be going to clinics in a suit handing out resumes and asking to speak to the physician...
Thank you. I don't need a specific geographical location. It all can be done remotely. I need either two ambulatory clinic offices or two hospice offices or two home health offices.
Are you in a Doctoral program?
Yes I am at a DNP program, it's hybrid, mostly online which is a good setup. This is mostly about patient care anyway, and we have 1200 clinic hours (thank god) over years 2 and 3.
