Disorderly conduct misdemeanor...waiting for ATT

Hi All

Im new to the site. Im not sure if im posting in the right forum so please forgive me if its not in the correct spot. I need some suggestions/reassurance.

Here's a little background of my situation::: i have a disorderly conduct misdemeanor 4th degree from july of 2012. Not making excuses but this whole situation was due to my crazy ex-husband. Anyways upon entering nursing school to receive my RN, i had to have a sit down meeting with the nursing director. She immediately gave me the necessary clearance to continue with my education. I went along with the program and graduated oct. 2014.

My application and necessary fees to sit for bpards were sent in mid September. A few weeks after graduating i received a letter that the board wanted all court documents related to the incident, a personal statement, and the police report. All documents were received 3 days before thanksgiving.

It has now been almost 15 weeks since ive heard anything from them. I do understand that there were 3 holidays thrown in the mix but still.... i am beyond frustrated. I have tried to email every knkwn email address on their website. I have called numerous times. When calling i always seem to get an automated system that wants me to leave a message. I have gotten no returned phone call or email. HELP!!!!
