I was a volunteer NASCAR nurse once for a race, IT WAS AWESOME FUN!!!! But I love NASCAR and got to meet all the drivers. LOTS of dehydration ( as you can imagine)!
Call your local track and ask about who they contract with, if they do, and then get in touch with that hospital or program and they can tell you what needs to be done. This was over 13 years ago, so things might (probably have changed) and it might be different in every state or track.
Not sure about Disney, but my guess is go Directly to HR at Disney and see what positions they have open. Good luck!
That's awesome! Was it a full time position or more like a per diem position?

I did EMS for the Indy 500 one year.
It was a one time race day thing. I can't recall how I got paid or by whom.

I've actually researched this quite a bit. There are listings for nurses at various Disney properties on the Disney Careers website. They generally require a BSN and at least two years experience. I have scoured the internet for forum posts of people who have worked as a nurse at Disney and they're aren't a lot. I do remember seeing one post saying that they tend to hire more part-time schedules for their nurses, but I haven't been able to confirm that.
It's kind of my dream, actually. I love WDW.
