Dismissed shoplifting charge

I have a dismissed shoplifting charge from years ago. I still am able to obtain a finger print clearance card but am not sure if it is going to effect my clinicals or background check when I start nursing school? I live in AZ.

I attended one of the Maricella Communitu Colleges and I'm currently getting my BSN through ASU online. But don't give up. A small mistake like that won't mess up your future. I wasn't also told it's really only charges that aren't dismissed they're concerned about
