I completed diversion so I was not convicted. I am worried it will get me denied. I thought doing diversion and getting it dismissed would keep it off my record but when I did my own background check on castlebranch it came up, it says dismissed but it's still there. Praying it doesn't hold me back

What do you recommend I use to record lectures? Not keen on using my phone, would prefer something to use for only lectures. Not too expensive but good quality

Was wondering what your outcome was. I also wanted to make a suggestion piggybacking off what someone else said. If you do get licensed but the charge still comes up and makes it more difficult to obtain employment you may want to consider finding a job at a detox or rehab. I could see places involving getting people cleaned up and helping them get a second chance would be more open to hiring you

I have a dismissed shoplifting charge from years ago. I still am able to obtain a finger print clearance card but am not sure if it is going to effect my clinicals or background check when I start nursing school? I live in AZ.

I never really had an issue with the shoes I wear to work, but recently the shoes I wear are making one of my toes very uncomfortable. What kind of nursing shoes are the best for being on my feet all day? TIA ?
