discrimination instructor bully leagal action need help

has anyone encountered the problem of possibly having to take leagal action against their school due to unfair treatment and personal conflicts of instructors that escalated into being dismissed from school unfairly? looking for lawyer or action to geet my degree finished in modesto california, any advice appreciated.:no: oh and did I mention I was 5 clinical days from graduation that is72 hours until 5 years of hard work was to be completed and had nothing to do with medical misconduct, or any clinical probllems. Boiled down to a 3page paper on topic of life after school and that failed me.

Our college has OMBUDS. Talk to the Dean too.
