I always go with the same policy: you are the only one who knows you well enough to know what you are capable of.
That being said, based off your post, you sound like you are very scared because you had to quit before. That is totally understandable. Your confidence is shot. If I am accurate in what I am saying (and I could very likely be inaccurate), I would say get the ADN. Succeeding there will give you a much needed boost in your confidence. And then working for a while will also boost your confidence. Then, when you are ready, bridge to BSN. It might take longer, but I think it sounds like you really need to believe in yourself. Baby steps might be the best thing for that.
Whatever you decide, good luck!

Hello,
So I have made a thread about my situation a few months back. Long story short, I was in BScN program for a semester and withdrew due to psychological burnt (from work+school).
I have re-applied to the same school I attended and waiting for the decision, I do not even know if I will be allowed to re-enter. However, I have been accepted to BScN program(4 years) different school which is approximately 2 hours ride with subway and I have also been accepted to practical nurse(2 years), which is about 1.2 hour away. I don't know which program to go to, I am just scared I do not want to fail. I thinking about going to the 2-year program which is quick and hopefully less stressful, as my parents are nagging to get a diploma or degree soon, which I cannot disagree with because I am wasting my time right now deciding what to do with life and I do not want to be dependent on someone. At the same time I really want to try BScN again.
What do you guys think? Have you been in similar situation? Any replies will be appreciated
