Dignity Health Northridge RN New Grad March 2024

Hi guys I wanted to start a thread for Dignity Health Northridge Hospital New Grad Residency set to start in March 2024. Submitted and under manager review but haven't heard anything else.

I wanted to ask if anyone applied to other dignity hospitals as well? Do you think it'll mess up my current application if other dignity hospitals require different documents. I know I received an email not to edit anything or I could be disqualified but does this mean I can't apply to other dignity hospitals since my dashboard and document upload is the same for both applications. Hope that makes sense.

Hi, guys. So glad you started this thread! 
I applied in October and received a text message Oct14 from the recruiter saying my application got moved to Manager Review. I haven't heard back since. I also know that on the application packet it said selecting for interviews starts early November. 
Any updates for you guys?

SO glad someone made a thread for this! Like others, I was texted on October 14th for Manager Review but haven't heard anything since then, so I started getting concerned. Has anyone reached out to check in with a hiring manager?

I'm glad I saw this thread. I got a call from the hiring manager on October 30th and she wanted me to come to the hospital for an interview. I applied for med surg and I completed the interview that next Monday on November 6th. I was told at the end of the interview that if I got the position, I would get a call/email in 1-2 days, but it has been almost 2 weeks with no call/email so I don't think I got the position but when I check my portal it still says under manager review. Since there hasn't been any call or confirmation from my portal, I tried emailing but did not receive a reply. Now I'm just waiting for the portal to update but I am feeling pretty anxious.

Oh wow I didn't realize they started interviewing! Congrats!! I wonder if any other units have interviewed. Threads from previous years made it seem like they lag a little on getting back so maybe reach out!

Hi guys, 

I am also in the waiting game with my application still under review. I did have a friend who shared with me that she got an interview invitation for the ER sometime last week.

Update: I just received a text alert and email that I got the position! It took 2 weeks so I guess they are a little delayed with sending out offers. I got an email with a congratulations and a link to apply to the specific position I got. I read other threads from pervious cohorts and I think they make you reapply to get you into the system for that specific floor.

Anyone else heard anything for interviews?? I know not that many people are on this forum but I'm surprised only one other person has heard of a friend getting an interview and then of course the person who got an offer (congrats cocobean0314!!)

Did anyone else apply to NICU or PP, I havent heard a thing and its still in hiring manager review.

I haven't heard back anything either. I emailed someone who works in the residency program but have not got an email back

I applied so long ago..I guess in october like you guys and got an email that my application was sent to the hiring manager but since I've been ghosted. I reached out to the lady who emailed me twice and she never said a word? sus organization
