Hi Everyone! I was curious if anyone else out there applied to this program and wanted to share what they might know about it. I applied to the NICU.

Did they state of you will hear via email or phone call? I was told email. Not sure if that’s a good thing or not LOL.
Have you tried checking the portal? Mine looks the same. Status hasn’t changed.
Don’t lose hope ?
They didn't specify if it would be phone call or email but I've definitely been checking my email all day like a maniac and answering every spam call I get. My portal also hasn't changed.

Same here. LOL I’ve been checking my email like crazy. I’ve always been passionate for this specialty. I would be truly honored to get the offer. I’m pretty sure you are too. I’m all antsy. It’s difficult to get in NICU without experience so it’ll be an honor to get this one. I hope we all get it ?

I definitely emphasized a lot of the same points as you. My interview also felt like it was fast! The director said he saw a lot of potential in me, I'm not sure if he says that to everyone but I'm clinging to that statement right now!

He didn’t say that to me so it looks promising for you.
Just a general question, but do we have to have our RN license before applying for job postings at Dignity Health? Because I tried to apply for a new grad position, and the recruiter emailed me back saying I needed my RN license at the time of application. I know some hospitals require it by the start date while others need it before.

I think so.
