Hi Everyone! I was curious if anyone else out there applied to this program and wanted to share what they might know about it. I applied to the NICU.

Hi! How long was it after the reference check till they asked to do the background check?

Hi!

I know this is an old thread and Im not sure if any one will see it.

I just interviewed for California Hospital's new grad program that starts June 2024, medsurg floor.

For those that work or worked at this hospital, did you get an offer letter through email or a phone call? and how long did it take after you interviewed? 

Also can you tell me a bit about your experience in their new grad program and just working their in general.

I was in the July 2022 OB cohort . From what I remember, it was by email. Interviewed a Friday and think I heard back by Wednesday. 
 

As far as my experience, I don't think it was bad.
