Difficulty Finding New Graduate LPN Jobs

Hello, I received my LPN licensure and now I am on the search for a job. I filled out a million and one applications and have been VERY unsuccessful. Does anyone have any advice or know what facility hires new graduate LPNS in Baltimore Maryland. I would greatly appreciate it. Thank You!!

I'm sorry I can't speak to your specific region/location, but typically LPNs find work in long term care (nursing homes). Rarely, if ever, in hospitals/acute care. Sometimes private medical practices will use LPNs, although not as much as they used to.

For LTCs, I would recommend applying in person instead of going the online route. Dress professionally and bring your resume and LPN license with you and you may just be offered an interview and/or job right there or asked to come back for an interview later. I sent out a bunch of online applications and only one resulted in a call back/interview. I had better luck applying in person.
