Different signs of illness? (dances and looks)

I have heard of the kidney stone dance (I have done this "dance" and time or two) and the PID shuffle, but what are some other "dances" or looks that people do that clues you in on what is wrong w/ them before you even speak to them? And what do they look like.

I was talking to a friend of mine and her doctor was pretty sure that she had a kidney stone w/o even speaking to her because of the way she was moving in the waiting room. He said that it was a classic "kidney stone dance". Of course he did all the workup and tests on her but she thought that it was funny that he already knew waht was wrong with her by just looking at her.
