That happened to me one time, my BON is who I contacted on several occassions. For some reason, there was miscommunication about my payment for the exam with Pearson. I guess Pearson had not given the go ahead to my BON that I had indeed paid the $200 for the exam. It was a big mix-up and it took them almost 2 months to get me my ATT. I would suggest you call your BON and speak to a rep there. In my case that was all that made the difference, after several calls, I got to speak to someone who was able to stay on the phone with me while looking into my situation. After everything was confirmed, I was sent my ATT that very day!

Hi,
I was processing for my INCLEX but unfortunately the ATT letter did not reached me even when they sent a second one. i was informed through email that Dec. 6 will be my last chance to take the test but i dont know what to do. i tried calling many times but only the answering machine was there for me and referring me to this wediste.
please, anyone, i badly needed some help.
