Did anyone take HURST and make in the 70s on their test and still pass NCLEX

Published

So I know that they say if you make an 84 on the HURST practice tests they give you that you will very likely pass the NCLEX. I am taking the test next week and I feel sick about it. I did really well in nursing school but I feel as if everything I have learned was all for not. I am trying to have faith and I did the HURST, and listened to the videos three times each and yet when I take their tests ( I have done 5 out of 6 ) I have scored 74-78! So many darn select all that apply questions. I am trying, and I have read over 2000 questions since I got out of school. Probably even more than that because I lost count. I am at the point where it is all running together. I take the NCLEX Tuesday and I hate this feeling. I am going in it like I know I am going to fail. ARGH. So back to my original question and off my rant, did anyone take the HURST practice exams and score in the 70's but still pass NCLEX????

Yessss those were also my scores I was only able to take 3 out of the 6 tests and scored 74-78...and I passed nclex my first try so don't worry!! You'll be fine! Good luck!

For Hurst it's students who AVERAGED 84 on their q-reviews were successful on nclex. So that means some were above 84 and some were below 84.

I got 70s 80s 90s and passed nclex! :)

Today I complete my 3rd test nd my scores are 89 points, 79 points, 91 points. As everyone says these scores are good. But I still feel unprepared for test.

I don't think anyrhing totally prepares you. I just tried to keep cool and do every question as if it was my first. I used what Aunt Marlene said. If the test is still going you are still in the game!
