I have only been a nurse for a week but I have never been judged while going through school. I honestly feel like I have a leg up being a male because, if you play your cards right, you can avoid all the drama and catyness (sp?). I think in 2019 there are more males than ever in the field. I work with a few males nurses in the ER and all are straight manly dudes. SO that being said, rock it bro and who gives a flying &)&(% if you're judged.

Being a male has nothing to do with avoiding drama and cattiness lol. That’s completely dependent on your personality and choices and really has nothing to do with gender.
