wow. i have these exact questions. I am on my first travel assignment with Foundation. So far I love it but I just want to make sure I am keeping my options open and making the best decisions for myself. I would love to stay with Foundation since my recruiter has been wonderful but I get worried about the job opportunities being too small at times. I'm in my contract until the end of June so I won't need to find my next assignment for awhile but I worry that I won't have very many options if I stay with them. It seems like they have a lot of acute job postings and some chronic (which is only what I have worked in.)

I think it's important to keep options open. I can tell you that foundation has impressed me more then other agencies so far. My messaging is full and I am on my phone but I would like to message you more details sometime soon.
Hello, I will be starting my first assignment with Foundation next month and am interested in hearing about the experience of others who traveling as well. I'm excited and nervous :)
My first assignment with Foundations is going great. My recruiter has been wonderful. And not just my recruiter, everyone on staff that I have had to talk to has been great. Any little hiccup that we've come across has been taken care of quickly and I have not felt overwhelmed at all (which is a huge relief.) I had a few dates that I needed off for and my recruiter was able to get in my contract without any problems. The pay has been fair. I was pleased with the pay and the benefits. The housing they found me was great. But I am thinking about finding my own for the next assignment just so that I feel like I am more in control of that.
If you have any questions, feel free to ask me!

Currently working on my 3rd assignment as a dialysis traveler. I am really starting to do some extensive research about different companies. I understand the smaller companies that specialize in dialysis are foundation, Quik travel, fortus, and new directions. Cross country and American mobile also do a lot of dialysis assignments. I would love to hear from anyone who has taken an assignment with these companies.
I am happy now with foundation, but trying to keep my options open since this is such a specialty and there aren't always tons of jobs. I would really like to hear opinions. Specifically housing quality, pay, and availability of jobs.
