DHA LICENSE VERIFICATION FOR CGFNS

I would just like to ask help on how to process the license verification certificate (DHA) for CGFNS. I tried to follow the steps, however they don't have an option for the recipient's mailing address, only the email address. Can someone help me on how to do it? It would be a great help for me. Thank you so much

I'm encountering a similar problem. I emailed DHA thru contact us but no reply until now. Were you able to resolve it?

Hey,

Just add your email or the email of the CGFNS coordinator who is assigned to our cases. Once the application is approved and closed, DHA will upload the CGFNS form directly to the CGFNS portal. Just make sure that you coordinate the same by email with the CGFNS or your assigned coordinator.
