I am an RN working on my graduate thesis which has to deal with the shortage of nursing school faculty in the state of CA. I would like to get as many RNs as possible to respond to a general survey that I am conducting regarding nursing education as a potential area of interest. I am attaching the questions, and if interested, please respond to the 10 questions.
To all of you who are willing to assist me in this endeavor, thank you in advance!

Good luck to you!
Are you looking at reasons why there is a faculty shortage? How much does money factor into that? (just curious...)
