Hello, Thank you for your response. Yes, I have IRB approval for internet surveys as one form of data collection. In addition, I am conducting interviews, which do require informed consent and those agreeing to the interview can choose to either participate or not. Thank you for your concerns though. I appreciate all of the feedback, especially knowing how easy it is to forget things or do things incorrectly, regardless of good intentions.

Hello, I am an RN working on my graduate thesis which has to deal with the shortage of nursing school faculty in the state of CA. I would like to get as many RNs as possible to respond to a general survey that I am conducting regarding nursing education as a potential area of interest.
