Hi!
I am interested in hearing about other nurses experiences with lateral violence or horizontal hostility or in the workplace.
Thanks.

it was horrible. somehow i was the scape goat for everything that was wrong with the world. i spent 25 years explaining my actions until i left that environment. i'm the same person i was and in my new job, same type of unit, i'm a god with a great sense of humor and a positive influence......that was 5 years ago.....what a difference a day makes! their loss was definately my lucky lucky day

Why on earth did you spent 25 years there if it was so bad?!

I was going to ask the same. You must have a strong constitution to last 25 years in a toxic environment.
