Denied once , is it stupid to apply again

  The school that I really had my eye on rejected me but I really want to apply again despite everything I went through there. If I am encouraged to take the test (I have others telling me not to give up and retake the test) but I am so afraid that the same thing might happen, is it dumb to reapply? If anyone has been in this position or knows someone how did it go

It’s not stupid if you speak them and improve your application. Also next round apply to multiple programs.
