Denied by the California BON....help

I graduated BSN in the Philippines 2007 After taking the exam 2x they re-evaluate my application and found out that i did not qualify to take the exam. I found out that my cases did not meet there requirements.

1st question: Do you think i can still be eligible to apply to another state like florida?

2nd question: Can i apply for LVN?

Please. Any advice????

coz when my brother called BVN they said that BRN can trasfer his transcript but he needs to pay 30 dollars to BRN.

my analyst didnt say anything about fees for the transfer.just told me once she got my request she will pull my file and do the transfer herself. i will email her tom and see if theres any payment coz she didnt tell me about it and i already sent my letter.

Dont be discouraged guys. Im also expriencing your situation. Let us always remember everything happens for a reason and God has a better plans for us. Lets all be strong, coz if we will just concentrate with this we will not move on. Im going to take my LVN too hoping to pass it, and even if im not sure i can have a job for LVN after i pass this, i still believe there is one available slot for me for a work.
