Can anyone help me here, I'm planning to take the LVN exam because I just got denied by CABON because of the concurrency issue..I just want to know:
Method #3 - Equivalent Education and/or Experience(the PHARMACOLOGY course)Do I need to submit it also? and how? or I just need to submit only the
Method #2 - Graduates of an Out-of-State School of Practical/Vocational Nursing.
BTW, I'm an international graduate, Registered Nurse from the Philippines but I can't sit for the NCLEX-RN exam that is why I decided to take this one. Hope someone can answer my question thank you.
hi! im also planning to apply for LVN exam, just wondering if you fill up the the forms 55A-3 and 55A-12? is it only for applicants who has been employed,. im quite confused.
Hi, No I didn't fill up form 55A-3, 55A-12, BVNPT responded and just asked me to send my high school diploma, form 55A-2 and form "Declaration of Nursing Education".
did u also send the record of nursing experience and employment verification form?
They didn't ask me to send that form, do I need to send that form too?..They only ask for form 55A-2 "Record of Nursing Program, "Declaration of Nursing Education and/or Licensure, and my high school diploma.

i have some question, after the BON says that they will gonna transfer our docs to the BVNPT when did you start sending all of your requirements? did you just send it all right after the the BON says that they will gonna transfer our docs or did you wait for something that will gonna come from the BVNPT ? :)

I sent my application and requirements to the BVN first then after a week I sent a written request and fee to the RN board.Good luck and God bless:)
