Hello everyone I was chosen as a alternate and I called and received my spot but heard nothing from the school yet. Does this mean I’m not going to get in?

Hey Ramon! Do you know what # you are on the list?  

Frankly those of us who got in haven’t received anything yet either.

Yes I was 24th. I was told that the first 20 on waitlist get in as fast track. So I’m hoping some people decline their spots for other schools so I have a chance but don’t know how likely that is. I would appreciate a honest answer on those chances  please thanks and congrats to those who got in.

Hi !! Keep your head up! Last semester I believe they got to #20 something on the waitlist! Bc a girl who was #19 declined her spot !! Wish you the best of luck! You might not hear anything til the beginning of December tho Bc it does take a while.

This cannot be true. They will choose 20 students with the highest score not from the waitlist. They told me that there are 40 people who have 80+ points and 20 from them will be in fast track program

Well yea for fast track I just know that they accept a total of 60 students. Then 20 from HOPE program.

I agree. The 20 students are not going to be from the waitlist. They are going to choose 20 of the top students and then 40 students after that will be admitted in the regular program, whether from the waitlist or not.

Anyone planning to decline their spot if they’ve been accepted? I made alternate list and just curious if anyone for sure knows they won’t be attending Delta. Thanks!

Congratulations on making the alternate list. I’ve already accepted but I know some people were accepted to multiple programs so you probably have a good chance of getting in if you’re within the first 10-15 on the alternate list
