read the question and look at the type of patients. If there is a patient that just needs assistance with feeding or washing then you can delegate. If the patient needs teaching then generally you have to do it as the RN so can't delegate.
examples to delegate
assistance with a bed bath and ambulation
assist with feeding
if to a LPN/LVN
daily dressing change
wound irrigation
not to delegate
Breathing difficulties
Complaining of pain
Teaching medication
