Declatory process....

Has any one had to go through the declatory process?

OK here is an update. I e-mailed the BNE to find out if my application was recieved and they said it was processed on 2-6-06 and sent to the enforcement board for review. So that took about a month. Now I guess I just wait for their decision. Hopefully it wont take to long!!!

Update... I finally received a letter of invitation to my hearing in March before the Eligibility Board in Austin. I will let you all know how the process goes and what to expect if you are required to go before boards. Wish me luck!!
