You shouldnt have any problem landing a job in a hospital that has a graduate nurse program. Just beware though, some of these programs start their application process early and only accept a limited number of GN's per session. Look into what the hospitals offer.
In the meantime, if possible, you could consider getting a job as a nurses aide, even if you do only work PRN, and this way you could get your foot into the door at the hospital you'd like to work at, and it would be easier for you to get that GN job.
Good luck!

What Meghan said.
You can use your preceptorship on your resume too.
And also any volunteer work.
They understand that you are a new grad. If they are like my hospital, they don't care as long as it's a warm body with a license (or about to get one)!! My hospital is desparate for nurses.
thanks i feel so much better

I graduate in May and have no healthcare experience. I went on two interviews last week and was offered both positions on the spot. I felt like i was intervieweing them versus the other way around. I wouldn't worry about it.
