Do you think that a cavelier, punitive attitude is a good thing? Do you think the constant short staffing goes un-noticed? Do you wonder why there is a mass exodus of long term, great employees?
To the CEO....do you think that crappy benefits, zero percent raises, dirty facilities and 20 year old IV pumps are going to fly?
You may want to wake up. Us employee's have choices.......
Every staff member you have......consider us to be on two week contracts because each of us are a two week notice away from leaving.

Unfettered capitalism can and does have it's drawbacks, but, guess that'd be a major thread derail. Profit based healthcare systems also can and do have their drawbacks, too, but, that'd also be a major thread derail, too.
I am glad there are some limits to prevent monopolies, but, i don't' even claim to be a huge fan of an unregulated "free market", though, but, again, that's probably a major thread derail, too, and a very complex one that many citizens can only barely follow or understand the points being made. But it can be a fun discussion to have, but, economics is not a well understood topic, imo.
I don't know if it is considered an actual monopoly, or not,
when a town's hospital,
HH agencies, hospice agencies, clinics,
and other nearby hospitals
all meld into one org....not sure that'd really qualify as a true monopoly, or not,
but, it sure can feel like one to a patient looking for healthcare or to a nurse seeking employment!!
