Daytona State College RN Program Fall 2016??

Hey everyone! This is my first post and I hope to get some advice on applying to Daytona states nursing program in May for fall semester 2016. I currently have a 3.42 gpa and a 75% teas test score but I'm nervous that it won't be enough ugh what were some of your gpas and scores? I'm finishing my last pre reqs right now so I hope it doesn't drop much. Any advice on what easy online classes to take next semester to boost my gpa?

Anxiously waiting myself. Transition is only at Daytona so that's good. My friend just finished her first semester and said it was pretty easy. There are also only 20 people in the class and 10 in her clinical group so we shall see.

That sounds good! I hope they put me in on days in Deland. I think school will be 3 days a week the first semester with one of them being clinicals. I just want to get started already! Lol

Hey guys! I will be joining everyone on this anticipated wait as I, too, had applied in May (May 31st to be exact, anddddd finished my TEAS on the same day as well.... I hate being so last minute lol). As of now, I scored a 62% on TEAS (sucks I know), and completed my courses with a 3.68 GPA cumulative wise! I hope everyone the best this month and a half (hopefully, less) (:

Hi Sammi! So anxious! You have a great gpa, I wouldn't anticipate a denial :) I hear the teas score is only used to break a gpa tie and they use the reading score. So excited! :D

Hey guys! I am anxiously waiting for my letter. Hopefully we'll get then within the next 2-3 weeks. Applied for daytime classes at palm coast campus.
