I'm a local, so I can fill you in. November is off season, so the streets are not lined with people. Temps are just cooling off, maybe 60's or so. But there are those days where we have 80's in November, no kidding. The NSNA is hosting it's conference at the Adams Mark. It is definitely the nicest hotel in the area. It is in the heart of Daytona, on the strip. There's lots of little shops lining the street. Lots of clubs open until 3am. If you decide to go, I'm sure you'll enjoy it. :)

I'm a local also & am in my last semester of nursing at Daytona Beach Community College. The weather is usually quite nice - warm, sunny - although who knows with what we've been dealing with in the last month. Hurricane season typically ends on Nov. 30th. The hotel is right on the beach - it's a large, beautiful hotel, plenty of stuff to do, restaurants, movie theaters, nightclubs, etc.
I went to last year's convention - it was great! Hope everyone gets to make it there!

I recently got my NSNA magazine, all about Daytona. Just wondering what Daytona is like in November. Weather? Entertainment?
Anyone planning on going?
