this day keeps getting better and better.

So I have had major insomnia the last few weeks, last night I finally get a good nights sleep, i wake up thinking woo hoo things are finally going right. well yeah i should never think that..... my brakes went out on the way to work, $200 charge there. I find out something else is wrong with my car another $800 atleast. I go to get my last shot and I can't use my health card since their charge machine is down. and I try to get everything(my paperwork) ready to turn in tomorrow and I can't find my BLS card. everything is due by Friday and I am freaking out I have ripped my house apart looking for it. I found the envelope for it, but NO CARD :banghead:.Now I have to hope I can get a replacement in time,drive over an hour to pick it up and get everything turned in. has anyone else had to pick one up? and do you think I can get it in time? I am about in tears.:bluecry1:

So sorry you're having such a rough time. I hope you find your card soon. I did the exact same thing with my BLSC card. After that, I made photocopies and laminated it and gave it its own special keeping place.

I hope today is a better day for you.

I got a hold of the place that issues them. $15 later an what will be a nice loooong drive to ann arbor i will have a new card tomorrow. today was better I think i am just so nervous, excited and overwhelmed that i am freaking out over the small stuff. thanks for reading my little meltdown.:smackingf oh and it will be laminated cpoied and put into a safe.

I had to do the same thing, it would have been ready that day but I was on my way past ann arbor the next so I just swung by and picked it up! Good luck, and try to relax; you will get into the swing of things!

I feel for ya:) I am usually that person freaking out at the last minute so I forced myself to have everything ready and turned in at orientation. I still wonder if I've forgot something...lol. It will all be fine, we'll start, get the hang of things and then freak out all over again over something else, haha. This will definitely be a new experience for us but hopefully with alot of prayer and hard work, we'll come out with diplomas:yeah:.
