First, I had an extremly busy day at work and did not get out till late, which generally is OK but I had plans for a relaxing night with the family. So I finally get home and we go to a music event 20 miles from home and guess what , on the way home my temp gauge starts creeping up till it is buried in the H zone, so I pull off the road pop the hood, no leaks, no steam, sat for 15 minutes, drove for 15 minutes engine light comes on, now I am only 15 minutes from home, waited 1/2 hour with hood popped add, water to radiation which now is just about empty and drove 10 minutes to my local garage, don't know if I need a water pump or what but hope I do not end up needing a new car> Off for a hot shower now!

FYI, if you ever are out driving and the temp thing goes up to H and you are nowhere near a mechanic, blast the HEAT and that helps to keep the engine cool enough to get you where you are going. It doesn't last long but it is a band aid in an emergency!

Finally 3 dates with a mechanic pays off!!! :chuckle
