Daughter in law needs U.S. licensing info

My daughter in law is from the Philippines and is now living in the U.S. She has a BSN from a nursing school in Davao. She has been having a lot of difficulty getting her nursing license her in the states. She currently lives in Nebraska and has lived in the U.S. for two and a half years. Any information about how to proceed would be appreciated.

My daughter in law graduated with a BSN from a nursing school in Davao City two and a half years ago. She is having trouble getting a nursing license in Nebraska where she is living. Any help would be appreciated.

Why is she having trouble?

She just has to appy with the requested supporting documents to the State Board of Nursing and follow their instructions.
