Darton College Summer 2011

Hello everyone. I just applied for admissions for the summer 2011 program a couple weeks ago. Has anyone esle applied as well? If so what is your GPA and HESI score if you don't mind me asking. My gpa is a 3.0, or higher because I have grades that have not posted, and I have not taken the HESI yet. Also, I applied to the Darton College. If I don't get accepted for the summer, I'll just apply for the fall.

What did you get on the test again? I agree I wasnt even nervous for the test at all.

Thats great you werent!!! but I made an 79:( im proud of my grade but just scared that I am not gonna get in with that... I am a thinker, and it just comes natural to me to think a lot and thats how its been for me since I was younger... i know when Im thinking too hard because I get really bad headaches... horrible, but I am trying to control it now! Lol I also have test anxiety so that doesn't help!

I agree I have test anxiety 90% of the time but I just studied like crazy not to mention I had to drive there from Atlanta and left about 6am (got stuck in stand still traffic for 30mins). By the time I got there I was like whatever and was relieved that we could use the computer calculator...very surprising.

Thats what I was going to do, but my dad insisted we drive down there that night, stay in a hotel and not be so tired that saturday morning so that worked out well... I know i would have been so tired if I did what you did! I was exhausted from the test afterwards! I heard someone got with a hesi score lower than mines so I hope Im still okay... I really hope they DONT expect everyone to score in the mid-high 80's... because that test was difficult when it came to the vocab. and a&p... I was thinking that between my score and your score were the averge scores becuase that test was long and exhausting...

Idk I see someone on her received an 88 and maybe a 92. I havent seen any grades that were off the scale though. Majority of them were in the 80's though. I have no clue at this point..I just want to know so I can proceed in life.

I have only seen a few grades that were in the mid-high 80's... and thats just out the bunch... i just hope they dont expect everyone's hesi exam to be sooo high!

Ive also seen on here someone with a 3.0 gpa and 72 on the hesi exam get in... very different, but that tells us that we dont know what they're looking for! Just like yolanda said in the beginning of this thread... she heard someone say that just dont look at the gpa and the hesi score... well the only thing else they have is the personality thingy right?? and maybe if you have finished the regents tests... IDK!
