Dallas payscale

I am an RN with 11 years experience looking to move to Dallas from NY. I am currently making $38.50/hour. I am looking for an ADON position. Anyone know the payscale?? Thanks in advance

Are you looking for an ADON position in a nursing home? If so, the pay scale would be in the $32 to $40 range per hour at most Dallas metro area LTC facilities.
