Starting a thread for those who have applied or are applying to Dallas children's nurse residency for July 2017!

Oh, I did not do an in person so I guess that's why she emailed me! I interviewed via Skype.

You said you did skype. Where are you from? I am finding out that there are so many people that applied from all over the country and even Canada! Georgia said at the interview they had 700 applicants this time and did 90 onsite/skype interviews and they have 50 spots.

Good luck to everyone! Can't wait for us all to hear back! Everyone was so kind. I know it will be an amazing place to work!

I'm actually from dallas, boring I know. But I'm spending a few months abroad before I start work. But that's awesome people are applying from all over! That's the number of applicants who applied for all positions? Or just critical care?!

That sounds fun! What I understood was 700 applicants overall. Not sure how it was broken up. From the ones I talked to at the interview, it was pretty mixed Some were interviewing with three departments, some two, and some just one. Just so ready to know! :)

I heard we were supposed to hear back the 20th or around that time but not 100% sure. Does anyone know? And should we expect an email or call?

It seems like from past cohorts that they received phone calls for offers and emails to let them know they didn't make it.

I hope we hear something soon. I was told by the end of this week. :) But that hasn't stopped me from staring at my phone all day today. :)

I received a voicemail today about "good news", but have not been able to get back in touch with her. Seems like calls are beginning!

The interviewed for ccbd and picu. Has anyone else heard back?? Maybe she had a different kind of good news and it's not offers yet? haha starting to overthink
