Da Vita Dialysis PCT Training vs, CNA program

Published

hello and happy holidays all!

i am looking for a major career change, i would love to leave the real estate world and head into the medical field. been looking into cna training, to start...and came across pct training at the above facility here in ca.

looking for feedback from anyone who has gone through it themselves, please.

also, if you are a pct can you use that skill base to further your career and go for the lvn later on down the road???

due to time and financial contraints, i am unable to attend a full time lvn program at this time, so have been really investigating alternate routes, esp with my chilldrens schedule.

thanks in advance!!!

the real estate agent who just sold my boyfriend his first house left nursing to pursue real estate lol.

i just was hired onto the above company, personally if they would hire you without getting your CNA, then go ahead and take the job. CNA's are not paid very well, but if that is the kind of work you want to do, then by all means take the class.

i believe davita will pay 3,000 per year towards your nursing school, according to their website. just try looking at their website, and see if they fit with what you want. :)
