Hi everyone! Has anyone else here applied for Cypress Spring 2018?
I put in my application on the Sept. 1 and submitted my documents as well. I should have 30 points so I'm hoping I have a good chance at getting in. The lady at the window said that they will let us know "after we've gone through all the applications"
Does anyone know what TEAS test were are supposed to study for? I think I remember the counselor saying it was TEAS version 6, but I'm not certain. I feel like I should already start studying for it since I really need to brush up on math.
Hello! Has anyone signed up for NSNA? If so, how much was the malpractice insurance with NSO? Without NSNA discount, it is $23 yearly but I just wanted to see how much it was with the discount. Also what white pants is everyone purchasing? Are you purchasing Cherokee as well? Thanks!

I think it is the same price with the NSNA, I believe I paid $23 using the link from the NSNA site.
As for the pants, I am having trouble finding non-see through white pants. I purchased some Cherokee brand cargo scrubs from Amazon, but they were totally see through so I had to return them. I think I'm just going to have to go to a scrub store and try some on in person.
I ended up going to the Scrub Shoppe in the Buena Park Mall. I ended up getting 2 Cherokee tops (style 2878) and 2 pairs of Koi Lindsey pants (LOVE them), and a Dickies Scrub jacket for just under $120. The lady even offered to sew on my patches for me! I was originally just going to order everything on Amazon, but I wanted to try stuff on in person, and it turns out the scrub shoppe was actually $5 less for the pants and around the same price for the tops.
Ooo, I might want to try on the Koi Lindsey pants as well!
I got (2) Cherokee 2878 top on Amazon for $16.18 each plus I got a $5 credit for "Prime Now" for each top! So technically I paid $11 each top if you think of it that way. Just a suggestion if anybody would like to go this route!
Also, did anybody get to fill out everything on Castle Branch? I wasn't sure if I should print out #11-16 requirements if there was a possibility of them giving us those forms on the first day of school. (I am a starving student/young mother trying to save money on ink and paper haha)
