I don't think it will matter as long as you saved the info for orientation and the other stuff you have to submit if you accept, I'm not sure what they would still have us use the applications for (I could be wrong)

did you accept? if so, I think you should be fine. saving the pdf is just for future reference since you won't be able to see it again.

I'm sure I could have emailed and asked, but other schools I applied to had that info readily available. Clinical sites make a big difference in travel time and experience. Also the application process for Cypress was cumbersome which raised some red flags for me personally.
+ if the program has a capstone/preceptorship opportunity during the final semester. I believe Cypress does, again not sure about Rio Hondo, but if you're aiming for a job on a competitive unit, the opportunity to do a preceptorship on that unit makes a difference on your resume once we graduate. Anything to make yourself more competitive when applying to jobs post-grad, CA is very competitive for new grads!
Yea just saw also Rio has a preceptorship. Honestly given both have roughly the same attrition rates and Rio is 16 min away from, I think ima decline cypress.

Oh definitely choose Rio if it's 16 mins away..... my school is 1 hour away from me 😐 but it's worth it to me because the clinical sites are all hospitals I want to work at and they have a long preceptorship at the end
