to current SRNA at Quinnipiac and Missouri State U

Published

I would like to know your experience as a SRNA at Quinnipiac program. How are the instructors in the clinicals? Are they respectful? How is the load of didactic portion, is it manageable? and how many students are accepted? The average nursing experience? how was the interview process, what do they ask?

I know it is a lot of questions. But thank you to all those who share their experiences.

JM2828,

Getting in to a program is half the battle from here on out you are going to eat, sleep, and dream about anesthesia. The best advice I can give you is work hard and be proactive at your clinical sites. In regards to your clinical rotations coming in early and staying late is paramount. Take every opportunity you can, and just remember there is a light at the end of the tunnel. If you have any other specifics you would like to discuss don't hesitate to ask. Congrats on starting a new chapter in your career/life and best of luck!

what is the attrition rate of your class? I am applying this year for next year.

I don't know about the other classes. I can only really speak for my class and all of us are graduating in May and we didn't lose any students in my class.

Hey congrats on graduating from Quinnipiac soon! I have an interview on the 27th of July, I was wondering if there was any advice you can give. There isn't a lot of info on the school with their DNP program being so new, but they seem very nice and want the students to be successful.

Has anyone interviewed for the 2018 class? Curious if anyone has been accepted?

Hey guys, really desperate for some interview pointers for whoever interviewed at Quinnipiac! Would appreciate any advice, please!! It is my #1 choice, so I want to be well prepared, and I can't find anything online. My email is: [email protected]
