Dependent upon your area and what different employers are willing to pay. While one employer may pay an LPN $40/visit, another employer may pay $30 for the same type of visit. As long as there are LPNs willing to work for the lower rate, there will be no incentive for that employer to adjust their rates.

Hello everyone!
Recently I was hired as an LPN for a home health agency that pays per visit.
Rates are as follows:
Medication administration: $20
Nursing visit:$30
I have yet to shadow the RN so I do not know how many visits per day are common. I was hired per diem.
Are these rates common? How many visits do you get on average daily?
I live in the New England area.
