Hi, I am currently a Valor student in the ICU. I am due to graduate this December, but as I embark on my journey through the VA (very greatful), I am afraid I am not experienced enough to make a good impression. I report to work early, I am very eager to learn, and open to all advice that is offered to me. My question is can someone tell me what the nurse manager or staff is looking for in me? I am extremely nervous, happy, exictied, worried, etc... ALL ADVICE IS WELCOME!!! Thank you.

It sounds like you are off to a great start! Keep your mind open to new experiences, be flexable, and I think know that you don't know everything and are open to new knowledge.
Do they have a spot available for you to fill once you're done?
I am definately trying to keep my mind open, I'm not sure if a position will be available or not. I am praying one will be available. THANK YOU!
I will definately do that, I do not know if a postion will be available or not. I am praying that God opens a door for me . THank you!!

I was a VALOR student in Puerto Rico in CCU and I've been applying for jobs and nothing yet =[. I applied for the VA in FL and still waiting for a reply. I hope I get hired, the VALOR program was an amazing experience!
