Current California waiting times???

i take my test next tuesday but i was just wondering if anyone knew the waiting times for California Nclex results?? I am nervous because i have seen posts about you not being able to check the online license verification page for you name anymore for california? anyone know if this is true?

Hey there!

I took the NCLEX on the 20th, my transcripts were received on Friday, and I found my name on the Permanent Verification Site today.

Depends if RN or PN. RN can be anything from 3 days to 4 weeks here as PN you have to wait for mail and taking anything longer than 4 weeks

Your results should post Friday morning between 3 and 4am. That's when it updates. We obsessed over it and got it down to a science. The fifteen or so people I know who took it at various times throughout June, everyone's posted between 3 and 4am the third morning after taking it.

It takes 3 business days to show up on the CA BRN permanent license verification. Silverdragon, are you from CA? We don't have LPNs here we have LVNs

I dont think it is? Did u call pearson?

im here in cali and the site says they dont participate in quick results. but they say in 48 hrs, pearson vue knows if u passed or failed. if only i can sue the trick, i will. coz i cant stop crying and will get me crazy :crying2:

LPN and LVN as very similar as far as I am aware and for Ca the wait for LVN is on average 4-6 weeks and RN can take anything from 3 days as long as you have a SSN. Ca will not issue a license without a SSN so if you haven't got one you have to wait for a letter
